What is conversion? We all know its the process of enzymes converting the starch in the grain into sugars. If most of the conversion happens in the first 20 mins why do we mash for 60 mins or longer?

Okay, so I made a mental error tonight when I was bottling and put 5 gallons worth of dried malt extract into 2 gallons of wort. I didn't realize the mistake until I had everything bottled.

This modification is for waist high kegerators, not full sized refrigerator conversions. The only problem with adding a triple tap tower to your kegerator is having enough room inside for three kegs.
